Jenny Thapa

Ms. Thapa is a Principal in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Thapa was a Principal at Lovell Minnick Partners, where she focused on investments in business services and financial services sectors. Previously, Ms. Thapa was an Associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where she focused on investments in the technology and healthcare industries. In addition, Ms. Thapa was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ms. Thapa holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Economics and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
